The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and JH App Group LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("JH App Group," "Company," "we," "us"). They govern your use of our websites, mobile apps, desktop apps, and any other products or services we offer (collectively, the "Service" or "Apps"), including CaseFlow, MailMoney, CashBrain, Command Center, and any future applications.
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Tracks USCIS immigration case statuses using the official USCIS Torch API. CaseFlow is provided for informational purposes only and does NOT provide legal advice. Case status data comes from USCIS and may be delayed or incomplete. Always consult the official USCIS Case Status website or a qualified immigration attorney for authoritative information.
Provides AI-powered email classification and financial opportunity detection. MailMoney does NOT provide financial advice. Transaction and opportunity detection is automated and may contain errors. Always verify financial information independently.
Your account
Some features of the Service require an account. You agree to:
- Provide a valid email address and create a secure password (minimum 8 characters).
- Keep your credentials secure and not share them.
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@jhappgroup.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Be at least 13 years old to create an account.
We may suspend or terminate an account that appears to be compromised or that's being used in violation of these Terms.
Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree NOT to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to our servers or to any third-party APIs reached through our Service.
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Share, sell, or redistribute your API access or account credentials.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as allowed by law.
- Probe, scan, or stress-test the Service without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or abusive content, or to harass or harm others.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload, enter, or create while using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content only to the extent required to operate the Service on your behalf.
We do not claim rights to Your Content, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. Your personal data belongs to you — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
JH App Group LLC owns all rights to the Apps themselves, including design, code, branding, trademarks, and logos. USCIS case data belongs to USCIS / Department of Homeland Security. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.
When you delete an account, Your Content is removed from production systems within 7 days and from encrypted backups on the next rotation cycle (maximum 35 days).
Fees & subscriptions
Our currently published consumer apps (CaseFlow, Command Center, and the upcoming MailMoney and CashBrain) are available free of charge. Custom software work for clients is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with that client; these consumer Terms do not apply to that work.
If we introduce paid plans or in-app purchases in the future, they will be billed in advance — monthly or annually as you choose — and renew automatically until you cancel. You will be able to cancel any time from your account settings; your plan will remain active through the end of the paid period.
If we change prices, existing subscribers will keep their current price through the next renewal. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect. All fees would be non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
No warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep it running, and our public status page tells the truth about when it isn't, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we don't warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
Case status information is retrieved from the official USCIS Torch API. This data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. USCIS may change or discontinue their API at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of USCIS data. CaseFlow is not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, or any government agency — always confirm important case details on the official uscis.gov site.
AI-powered email classifications and opportunity / transaction detection are automated and may produce false positives or miss relevant items. Do not rely solely on AI classifications for financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JH App Group's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we've been advised of the possibility. Specifically, we are not liable for:
- USCIS API downtime, data delays, or inaccuracies.
- Immigration decisions made based on information displayed in the App.
- Financial decisions made based on AI-generated classifications.
- Loss of data due to device failure, uninstallation, or service interruption.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to weak or compromised credentials.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, use the in-product option (Settings → Account → Delete My Account) or email support@jhappgroup.com. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe you've caused harm to other users or to the Service, or if we discontinue a product. In the case of discontinuation, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
