MailMoney

AI email intelligence Android native Inbox discovery · SpamShield

There's money hiding in your inbox — rebates you forgot, rewards you never claimed, refunds and settlement notices buried under newsletters. MailMoney is being built to find them, verify each one with multi-layer AI, and shield you from phishing and spam along the way.

§ 01 — Inside the app

An interactive walkthrough of MailMoney — step through every screen right here. Figures shown are illustrative.

§ 02 — Features

Money found. Inbox defended.

MailMoney is being built to pair inbox discovery with real protection — so the same planned scan that finds what you're owed also flags what's trying to take it.

01

Inbox discovery

MailMoney is being built to scan your connected inbox for messages that signal money owed to you — rebates, rewards, refunds, and settlement notices — and pull them out of the noise.

02

Multi-layer AI verification

Each find is planned to be checked across several signals — sender and domain, offer content, and cross-signal scoring — so you'll see a confidence level instead of a guess.

03

Saved opportunities

Keep the finds worth acting on in one place, with claim deadlines and amounts, so nothing valuable expires while it's buried in your inbox.

04

Phishing & spam shield

SpamShield is being built to flag likely phishing and bulk spam as it arrives — so the same intelligence that finds real money also helps you avoid the scams chasing it.

05

Privacy controls

You connect the inbox, and you can disconnect it. Scanning is designed to use a read-only scope, and MailMoney is being built without third-party advertising trackers.

06

You stay in control

Permissions are approved on Google's own consent screen. MailMoney is designed to read for discovery only — never to send, post, or delete on your behalf.

§ 03 — Privacy

What MailMoney touches — and what it won't.

MailMoney is in development, so this describes how it's designed to handle your email. Final details will be published in the app's privacy policy before launch. No hand-waving.

With your permission

What it accesses

  • The inbox you connect — through Google's official OAuth consent screen. You choose the account and approve the permissions.
  • Message content, read-only — scanned to identify money-related mail (rebates, rewards, refunds, settlement notices) and to flag likely phishing or spam.
  • The finds you save — amounts, categories, and claim deadlines for the opportunities you choose to track.

You can disconnect MailMoney's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings.

By design

What it won't do

  • No sending, posting, replying, or deleting on your behalf — discovery is read-only
  • No selling your email content to data brokers
  • No third-party advertising or analytics ad SDKs
  • No connecting an account without your explicit consent on Google's screen
  • No locking you in — disconnect and revoke access whenever you want
