CaseFlow launch waitlist — official rules

These official rules govern the CaseFlow launch waitlist selection (the “selection”) operated by JH App Group LLC. By joining the CaseFlow launch waitlist, you agree to these rules. CaseFlow has not yet launched; the selection takes place after CaseFlow launches. There is no fixed launch date — see the entry period below.

Sponsor

The selection is sponsored by JH App Group LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor operates CaseFlow and is solely responsible for the selection. CaseFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or any government agency. This selection is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any app store or platform provider.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to be selected. A purchase will not improve your chances of being selected. Joining the waitlist is free.

Eligibility

The selection is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who provide a valid email address. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate household are not eligible. The selection is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you; entry is not valid in any jurisdiction where it would be prohibited.

Entry period

The entry period begins when this waitlist opens and ends when CaseFlow launches, at which point entries close and the random selection is conducted. Because CaseFlow does not yet have a fixed launch date, the exact closing date is not set in advance. The Sponsor will confirm the closing date and the selection date at or before launch. Entries submitted after the entry period closes are not eligible.

How to enter

To enter, submit your email address through the CaseFlow launch waitlist form on the CaseFlow page during the entry period. Limit one entry per email address. Duplicate submissions of the same email address count as a single entry. Entries that are incomplete, automated, or that use another person’s email address without permission may be disqualified. The Sponsor’s records are the official record of entries.

Selection & odds

After CaseFlow launches and the entry period closes, the Sponsor will randomly select 25 entrants from all eligible entries. Selection is by a random method at the Sponsor’s discretion (for example, a random draw from the list of eligible entries). Your odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Being on the waitlist does not by itself entitle you to the trial; only randomly selected entrants receive it.

The trial

Each selected entrant will receive a complimentary 3-month CaseFlow Premium trial — that is, access to CaseFlow Premium features for three months at no charge. The trial is provided as-is, is non-transferable, may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and has no cash value. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription; any decision to continue with a paid plan after the trial is yours.

Approximate retail value (ARV): CaseFlow Premium pricing has not been finalized. The ARV of each 3-month trial will be published in the final official rules at or before launch. The Sponsor reserves the right to define which features are included in CaseFlow Premium.

Notification

Selected entrants will be notified by email after CaseFlow launches, at the email address used to enter. It is your responsibility to keep that address current and able to receive email. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond within a reasonable period stated in the notification, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate entrant or leave that trial unawarded, at its discretion.

General conditions

• The trial is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged.
• The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a way that is fraudulent or disruptive.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind.
• The selection is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Privacy

The email address you provide is collected to send you CaseFlow launch and availability updates and to administer this selection (including notifying selected entrants). We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. For our general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by contacting support@jhappgroup.com.

Changes to these rules

Because CaseFlow has not yet launched, the Sponsor may update or finalize these rules — including the entry period, selection date, and the approximate retail value of the trial — before the selection takes place. Any updated rules will be posted on this page. The version in effect when the selection is conducted governs.
